A good stay!

perfect location delicious eggs helpful staff
I enjoyed the perfect location near Victoria Station. It allowed easy access to several key sites. The breakfast included delicious eggs benedict with smoked salmon and amazing coffee. The staff was also helpful during my planning phase.
The walls seemed somewhat thin, I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast service offered a buffet with pastries, toast, yogurt, and fruit. Hot item options from a menu were available. THE food was AMAZING!!! I especially adored the eggs benedict with smoked salmon. I enjoyed the coffee too.

Staff members were friendly and professional . The team gave a warm welcome upon my arrival. The cleaning staff replenished tea and biscuits daily. The planning process was also super easy.

The room included very nice linen, that felt luxurious. The bathroom was tiny but very PERFECT. A pretty window faced the street, quiet. The single bed offered extreme comfort.

Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. Biscuits were replenished daily, SO thoughtful. Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey are a short walk away. St James Gardens is also nearby.

mixed experience. noisy room.

the location was convenient, close to victoria station.
The room faced the street. The noise level was HIGH. it disrupted sleep, especially with traffic continuing late into the night and starting early. i expected better soundproofing for this price.
